- Yes it is. I mostly use this watch as a time keeper but it randomly gives me a heart rate reading, especially when my rate elevates. Also, the app keeps track of the dates and times that you take/receive readings, not only for your heart rate, but for blood oxygen, blood pressure, and fatigue as well.answered on 2020-02-20 00:00:00
