A The best research that I did states “no latex”. If you have this device and have developed skin irritation you may have the band adjusted too tightly; it’s also a good idea to not wear the device for an hour or two daily to give your skin a rest. Another possible cause of skin irritation is again wearing the device too tightly and trapping water, soap, grime, etc. between the device and your skin. If you continue to have problems you might consider trying a different band . I hope that this info helps.

A To track your sleep. It is easier to set up your number of steps goal for your daily preference. To set up steps you have to get to the excessive portion of the app. To set up goal.

A Then please press and hold the touch button for 3-5 seconds to enter the next interface. After that, you can tap the button to find the "Factory reset", then press and hold the button to confirm the reset.

A How it “technically “ measures BP, I don’t know. Their documentation says to use as a indicator not as a medical device. I just compared my fitness tracker reading to a cuff BP monitor and the fitness tracker was high. 141/94 vs 112/73. The heart rate seems pretty accurate 71 vs 68

A No! It has body temperature sensor but it does not work very well and does not record on the app. In fact it has never changed from 95 degrees on me, no up or down.

A 1. You can read it in sunlight. And the brightness of display is adjustable. 2. The HR monitoring can be automatical for all-day , but you can not set it only for 3 hours. If you started a sports mode, the HR monitor will start and stop with the sports mode.
